MS Filter Sock

Marine sources filter sock is made of high quality extra thick raw material. With the process way of hot melt technology (not the traditional process way of sewing with seam), can effectively make the filter performance better.

There are different size below available.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Soak it into the fresh water at least 3 hour to clean the chemical material before using.

Filter socks are the most convenient form of mechanical filtration. It is strongly recommended to use in our filtration system it can help prevent larger objects, such as sand, crabs, snails, etc. from damaging pump motors，

1 Remove excess food, detritus, organic waste, dust, and other particulates.

2 Removing these particulates from the water column will reduce the amount of organic matter that produces ammonia and other undesirable substances in the aquarium.

3 For the DSB/sump system that installing with the protein skimmer and reactor equipment, filter socks also help prevent larger objects from damaging return pump motors. Meedle wheel pump motors and the reactor recirculation pump motor.

4 It is suitable for fresh water and seasalt water.
It is strongly recommended to use MS hang on bracket to hold it.
